Class 29 — meat and meat products, including steaks of meat, sausage meat, turkey meat, roast meat, minced meat, duck meat, fresh meat, ground meat, beef steaks, beef, pork steaks, roast beef, roast poultry, pork, fresh poultry, fresh chicken, and lamb products
Class 40 — slaughtering, including slaughtering of livestock, poultry and animals, butchering and butchery

The Trade Marks, and all goodwill associated with them, belong exclusively to us. Nothing on the Website grants you any licence or right to use the Trade Marks, except:

to refer to us, or link to the Website, in a fair, accurate and non-misleading way; or
as expressly permitted under a written franchise or Associate Program agreement with us.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

use the Trade Marks, or anything confusingly similar to them, as or within your own trading name, business name, domain name, or social media handle;
use the Trade Marks in any way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with us that does not exist;

Franchisees and Associate Program members may use the Trade Marks only as set out in their written agreement with us, and only for as long as that agreement remains in force.

We take the protection of our brand seriously and will act to enforce our rights, which may include requesting removal of infringing material, opposing or challenging conflicting trade mark and domain name applications, and legal action where necessary.
