This one-day, on-farm course is designed for those ready to turn their poultry training into a profitable business. Following on from the Humane Slaughter Association Poultry WATOK course, you’ll learn how to set up, run and scale a pasture poultry enterprise—from business planning and real startup costs to compliance with the Food Standards Agency and Trading Standards.
Through live demonstrations of tractor systems, on-farm processing, you’ll leave with a clear, practical plan to launch your own operation.
